Ash Springs petroglyph site in Lincoln County Nevada

Ash Springs is the most accessible rock art site in Nevada’s Pahranagat Valley. The petroglyphs at the site are predominantly curvilinear and rectilinear designs from the Basin and Range Tradition. Stick figure anthropomorphs as well as zoomorphic figures are also represented. The site is near a natural hot springs that has been used by humans for at least 6,000 years.
